Champions of the Force Release Event
Finally, a tourney with some BIG prizes. This is put on by Steve
Ferrell. They usually run well, though that's because the players
in the area are cool. For some reason, the person putting it on
is usually ignorant to the game. Anyway, I won the last one and
the 4 packs of boosters was great! I think there will be a fee,
but it is not listed. Still - its some fun times, so check
it out.

Star Wars Minis League Nights
Chuck does it again for May, and he is hosting non-DCI sanctioned
tourneys at Pulp Fiction Comics. The 12th is a standard 100pt
construction, but the 26th is a 150pt THEMED squad. Your squads
must come from a scene in one of the movies. What fun! Low entry
fee and whenever the League Kit prizes are available. Read
more. Questions? Email Chuck Couch at
cwchmc@yahoo.com.

Champions of the Force Preview - Inquest
Many Bothans died to deliver this scan from the magazine Inquest.
Evil Jedi, Jedi from Schindler's List, and Grunts from 3 eras.
Who here wants about 6 of the Atgar Cannons - just to look cool?
(with those stats, no wonder they Empire crushed them at Hoth).

Champions of the Force Preview - KidzWorld1
Varactyl Wrangler is a cheap, silly goober - except for the fact
he has grenades and can tame a Rancor with Empathy. Dark Trooper
Phase II puts some more well costed fire power to the Empire.
Other than the Droid ability hampering Commander Effects, Flight
and decent stats make it a solid piece. They have a preview of
the next figure, which looks to be Pic, a Dark Jedi from the Dark
Knight video game. Read the KidzWorld
article.

Champions of the Force Preview 1
HK-47, a deadly assassin droid from the Knights of the Old Republic
game, puts fear into the hearts of meatbags everywhere. Besides
being a back stabbing bastard, Clone Commander Gree has some great
abilities paired with some new Commander Effects. Read the Wizards
article.
